How Does Dental Monitoring Work?

We know it can be tricky to find time in your schedule for orthodontic appointments. Between school or work, travel, sports, family and catching up with friends, life gets pretty busy.

We offer our Spark and Invisalign aligners patients the Dental Monitoring App for a fee.

Dental Monitoring is a new technology that allows our team to monitor your treatment remotely. Instead of coming into our studio, we are able to track your progress on a weekly basis via the Dental Monitoring app. This means you don’t need to find as much time in your schedule for orthodontic appointments.

Once you start your Spark and Invisalign treatment with us, if you wish, we will set up the Dental Monitoring app that is uploaded on your mobile phone. Paired with the provided ScanBox you will be able to send us regular standardised images of your teeth. We assess the images to ensure your teeth are moving in line with your 3D digital treatment plan and we communicate with you. If needed, we adjust your treatment speed, which means your speed is regulated by your own biology and compliance rather than a standard time frame.

Dental Monitoring also allows improved communication between you and the orthodontic team.
