Dr Christoph works in the practice full-time, offering a complete range of orthodontic treatments for children, teens, and adults. In keeping with our aim of “clear treatment,” he offers all our patients clear aligners such as Spark and Invisalign, clear ceramic braces as standard, along with the whole range of fixed and removable appliances.
Born and raised in Switzerland, he graduated from the prestigious University of Zurich with a Degree in Dentistry in 2001. He remained in Zurich for six more years, further specialising in paediatric dentistry while practicing at the Children’s Dental Clinic. He continued his professional career researching how to improve sports mouthguards, their structure and materials, for which he was awarded a recognition prize at the International Paediatric Dentistry Congress. However, Orthodontics has always been of significant interest for Dr Christoph.
He then completed a post-graduate degree in Orthodontics at the world-leading Ludwig-Maximilian University Munich in Germany. He gained seven years of experience in a private orthodontic practice in Bremerhaven, Germany, and four more years in various practices on the East Coast before permanently relocating to Western Australia and joining Clear Orthodontic Studio.
Dr Christoph is an Olympian and lives in the area with his young family. Having competed in the Laser Class Sailing event at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, he remains a keen sportsman. You will find him windsurfing, working out at the gym, cycling, and sailing out of Fremantle along our beautiful coastline.
